2. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export & Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations and coordinate export shipments. The role focuses mainly on warehouse supervision, shipment preparation, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Key Responsibilities
Export & Shipping Coordination
- Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and logistics team .
- Ensure shipments are properly packed and prepared for export.
- Follow up with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support the preparation of basic shipping documents when required.
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Logistics Coordination
- Plan shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
- Ensure efficient loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for dispatch planning.
Team Supervision
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily tasks.
- Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
4. Requirements / Qualifications
3–5 years experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Basic knowledge of export shipments and logistics coordination.
Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
Strong personality with leadership and organizational skills.
Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
